Energise your mind during TNC16 Run events in Prague!

Join our local Running Guide – Jan Oppolzer from CESNET, to explore the beauty of cardiovascular exercise and to discover some of the great views of Prague. Jan is an amateur - but very fast – triathlete, having run a marathon in 2:45. And he set that stunning time as part of a triathlon…

But don’t be scared. Specially for TNC16 runners, Jan will lower his pace so that you can enjoy the city scenery during a nice early morning run. It’s the perfect excersice to get your body ready for a full conference day! Like last year in Porto, we have organised two different levels running events. Are you an occasional runner or do you live and breathe running? We have an option for every type of runner: Just register for the appropriate course below. Or select both… :-)

1) 6 km ‘easy’ riverside run for occasional runners

  • Register here!

  • When?: Tuesday, 14 June, 7:00am - 7:40am
  • Where? In front of Rudolfinum (less than 1 minute walk from metro station Staromestska)
  • Your fitness level: low-medium
  • Speed: relaxed
  • Nr of participants: up to 50
  • Accumulated ascent: flat as a pancake

2) 8 km 'Accept the Challenge' city run for experienced runners

  • Register here!

  • When? Wednesday, 15 June, 7:00am-7:40am
  • Where? In front of Rudolfinum (less than 1 minute walk from metro station Staromestska)
  • Your fitness level: medium-high
  • Speed: as fast as the slowest runner, the last one will have to pay a drink to all the group (at the venue, where drinks are free)
  • Nr of participants: up to 50
  • Accumulated ascent: flat as a pancake
